
Refund policy

Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt or purchase. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We do not offer refunds on returns made past 30 days of receipt or purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2–5 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@funkyhippychicboutique.com.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. However, we may offer an exchange or store credit on returned sale items.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. Gift cards are not refundable. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the purchaser first, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who will then be notified of your return.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item valued over $40, please consider using a trackable shipping service (such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx) or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a tracking number.
